THE THREAD
Five women. One unsolved murder. Four messages expose their darkest secrets. The fifth names a killer.
ABOUT THE STORY
Three years after Rebecca Shaw’s murder, five friends receive an anonymous message.
It contains details someone should not know.
Hannah wants answers. Brooke wants a confrontation. Olivia examines the evidence, Tessa questions the sender’s access, and Amira tries to keep the group together.
Then more messages arrive.
Each exposes something one of them concealed about the days surrounding Rebecca’s death. As accusations spread through marriages, families and the neighbourhood, the women begin questioning both the investigation and one another.
The sender knows which secrets will hurt them. But does that mean the sender knows the truth?
When a message names Rebecca’s killer, the friends must decide whether to believe it—and what they are prepared to do before an accusation destroys another life.
A psychological crime thriller about friendship, buried guilt and the dangerous distance between suspicion and proof.
