NO NEUTRAL CORNER

Kieran Marsden and Reece Hanley grew up together, training in the same boxing gym and dreaming of becoming world champions.

Then Reece had an affair with the woman Kieran loved.

Seven years later, both men are husbands, fathers and professional fighters. Kieran is an undefeated middleweight contender. Reece is a former European champion struggling to rebuild trust in his own family.

Neither has forgotten the betrayal. Neither has stopped watching the other’s career.

Now they will fight for the vacant middleweight championship of the world.

As the bout approaches, training and family life become entangled with anger, regret and a friendship neither man has fully left behind. Winning means everything. But the title cannot settle every debt they will carry into the ring.

A contemporary sporting drama about ambition, betrayal and two former friends forced to confront each other under the lights.
